Poor effort, total let down from a no show. These guys suck just get a taxi.

Absolutely APPALLING service. I was visiting Townsville for a wedding. We had maxi vans organised and booked 3 days in advance. We were totally let down when the drivers didn't show and when the bride called to chase, she was rudely spoken to by a lady justifying that they wouldn't be showing up! This left 24 guests stranded for over 2 hours while we sorted alternative solutions. DO NOT USE THEM! I called to discuss. They just didn't care. I was hung up on. Bride and groom have still not been contacted to apologise to. So to the owners I'd say, ring and advise clients rather than stranding them. And be prepared to listen without excuses, and just say sorry.
