Go Holistic

As a man, I normally find yoga studios are not very welcoming to the male of the species. However, Go Holistic has been a breath of fresh air. The staff have been simply marvelous and very welcoming.

I went to the beginner's class run by Christina. It was fantastic and I will definitely be going back every week.

I went in with no expectations but was absolutely blown away with the Meditation class on Friday. I subsequently attended a yoga class on Wednesday, which was challenging yet very effective.
