Hatha Yoga Space

Recently I have visited massage therapy performed by Anton. It was great and very relaxing! As from time to time I have stiff and painful muscles after work and sleep difficulties due to my busy life. Massage has completely relaxed my body and mind and significantly reduced the symptoms. I slept very well and next day I woke up refreshed and full of energy. I would recommend it to everyone! Anton uses the variety of massage techniques depending on your needs.

I love Hatha Yoga Space and everything there - the atmosphere, absolutely amazing instructors Alyona and Anton, the feeling of my body after the yoga classes. Hatha Yoga Space gives me a lots of inspiration and helps me with many things I everyday do! Very big thank you! :)
