After many text messages back and forth with the owner, Sam.

I have been left with a damaged rear window that they take absolutely no responsibility for.

They try to claim that the damage was previously there and that they will not be reimbursing my expenses to have it fixed.

I paid $345 for what I thought was going to be a professional service only to be left disappointed by getting my car back with damaged window tint, sodding wet mats and a car that smelt like mildew.



This matter is now escalated to fair trading who have advised me that under Consumer Law, their behaviour is 100% not acceptable. They even try to cover their backsides by having a sign in their office stating they will not be held responsible for any damage sustained whilst your vehicle is at their premises... again, not legal.
