Novocastrian Smash Repairs

Horrific customer services as there aren't any at all. Car has been getting "repaired" over the last 8 months and its still not fixed. I have no idea how they are in business. Do not go there.

Called in to Novocastrian Smash Repairs for a second quote on relatively minor damage. After an inspection they offered, not a quote, but to repair it on the spot for a quarter of the previous quote. 20 mins later I drove out an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you Novocastrian, you do offer 'prompt and courteous service'!
