We had a relatively simple electrical problem with our 4WD.
The radio had stopped working.
After pick up we realised it still wasn't working.
When we queried this, we were told that the radio was broken.
At home it took me 5 minutes to replace the fuse for the radio.

They denied every having been asked to fix the radio, and didn't have a clear record of the service request. I found them dishonest and nasty. As we left we were told, 'You won't get served anywhere else in town.'
