Zac Royal Painting Service

We found Zac Royal Painting through a word of mouth recommendation. Zac was prompt and reliable throughout every stage. The job started in the timeframe that suited us and our customers, and he was only too happy to work around our busiest days. He and his team were professional, courteous and very helpful. The quality of the work received is to the highest standard and we cannot recommend him enough! Well priced, efficient and left the job site clean and tidy. Made the process of painting the entire exterior of our clinic a pleasure.

Zac responded to my request for a quote coming within 24 hours. Zac is very personable and easy to communicate with. His advice was invaluable in all areas of our interior painting needs. Being a painter who uses Dulux we found the perfect paint colour which he duly ordered. He brought forward his intended schedule. We got the house ready and empty. He arrived bang on time 7am so did his assistant, Tom. Both started setting up straight away with Tom cutting in and Zac doing the underoat. After 8 hours the work was completed to an excellent standard and since we agreed beforehand not to go with the quote but to go with the time he and his assistant worked at an hourly rate we as home owners were extremely happy with the outcome. Zac is fair, clear and a very thorough tradesman. I would recommend anyone to use Zac Royal as their painting pro.

I was left in a terrible situation, with a house half sanded and bare boards, exposed to the elements, by a very unreliable painter. I had put up with this for over 7 weeks. I gave Zac a call and explained my situation. He was around promptly to quote and help me out. He could start in 3 days, with a crew of another 3. All workers started at 7am and worked through until 4 each day. My nightmare was over in a matter of 4 days. All work was done to a professional standard and I couldn't be happier. So thanks Zac and team for coming to the rescue

Unfortunately I can’t recommend Zac Royal Painting Service. Zac & his crew painted the gutters, eaves, roof, facias, railings & decks at our house last week. The standard of work was sub-standard. In fact, I spent 2 hours on my day off yesterday, touching up areas that weren’t painted at all (still the previous colour - & I have photos of this) & I’m not happy about this considering I paid many thousands of dollars to Zac. They did the whole job in 4 days & even though we requested 2 coats on everything, this was not done. How do I know? … because the previous colour could be seen through in places. It seemed that their method of painting is very random which is perhaps why areas were not given a second coat, or painted at all. When I get home from work it is dark so once I realized they had finished & packed up I walked around the house the next morning & noticed many things that were not painted properly, or at all! We called Zac & he sent one of his guys back the following week & I provided a list & went through it with the guy. He spent about 2 hours slapping on paint here & there, & next thing I heard his car leave without verifying that everything was done, & it wasn’t! So yesterday I was angry at having to touch up & fix the job that I paid ‘professionals’ to do. So if you are looking for painters to do a quick, slap-on job then Zac Royal Painting is the one for you, & you could probably find someone cheaper to do this. However, if you are looking for a quality job, with attention to detail, then avoid this painting service. I don’t like writing negative reviews, & actually haven’t done this before, but I think people need to be aware of what they might get. Good luck!
