Ordered the beef burger and it was raw. Was expected to pay for a replacement. Disgusting 🤮

Decided to take my precious 8 year old grandson to this restaurant since I heard this place was nice. Came in at half past 5 only to rudely be told by the manager that they had no tables available for half an hour later. We reluctantly booked a table for 6 and sat there receiving dirty looks for waiters and waitresses walking past. We finally got our table at quarter past 6 and ordered our meals. My 8 year old grandson decided to get the gnocchi carbonara from the kids menu and asked for no shallots but was rudely told he couldn’t by the waiter making him cry. Almost an hour later, our food came out and he got the most ridiculously small serve ever. The entire meal literally had 3 pieces of gnocchi and cost $10. This has got to be some of the worst service and food servings I have ever had. The people who work here should be ashamed of themselves. Never coming back and DO NOT RECOMMEND. You will be happier with the McDonald’s down the road.
