T.T. Herself is an extremely rude person. Doesn’t always like card use so she makes out card doesn’t work. That’s a blatant lie because I rang bank straight away and their reply was no transaction attempted from there. Rude rude.

I had my hair permanently straightened, paid 300, after 3 days when I washed my hair it was back to normal hiw it was before, rand the same day she hung up , went next day to shop asked politely for redoing or refund, she threatened to call security and kick me out. Very rude.
