SMS Security

The staff member was very positive as to the problem, explained the options and the cost before commencing the job. Fixed the fault by replacing a faulty sensor with a new one. The system is now working perfectly. Interaction with this company was very polite and courteous.

After numerous cancellations they eventually fixed our doorbell and charged us $800 for sitting on hold to tech support for 4 hours. Complete rip off and terrible customer service

I cannot recommend this company.

Almost 14 months now since SMS installed security and cameras.

The installation was messy, rough holes were left in cornice where holes were knocked through with a hammer and wood chisel.

The wiring was and is left in a dishevelled mess on the bench top. Wire connections are forever coming loose with the slightest movement.

Unit doesn't work if power goes out, no battery back up.

I called SMS around 4 weeks ago and was told that SMS no longer use/sell the security system that they installed only 14 months ago.

The hard drive is noisy and constantly humming away.

The entire $7500 system is quite the pain in the butt.

From initial phone call to work completed SMS Security proved reliable, professional and efficient.

From the time SMS quoted until the installation was complete the professionalism and expertise was second to none. I live in the southern suburbs and they travelled to me. Nothing was to much trouble. The team that did the install were polite and helpful. I can recommend SMS as a preferred supplier and installer for CCTV and security alarms.
