What everyone else has given as feedback is bang on. They’ve even “permanently closed” their Google ad so no one else post their experiences.

Car damaged during transfer no responsibility when i called customer support they asking for access fee to claim insurance. They suggested to go for local painter that will be cheaper as compared to claiming an insurance from them.
Never ever go for such a 3rd class company. People at depot are sense less, no respect for the customer. They did not say sorry for damage, rather than ask to take the car home as such
