Travelex

I had a terrible experience with Travelex. I arranged to pick up my money in Launceston, but the shop was closed due to lack of staff. They couldn't provide an alternative solution, and it took them a full month to process my refund. I made multiple calls and emails before anything was done. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone, simply unprofessional!
