I bought online a pair - firstly the shoe sizes are not accurate
Then they sent me another pair that had glue and tattered soles
When I called back I spoke their senior manager "CAMERON" who yelled at me over the phone

Really unhappy with my purchase at Luda Productions. I bought a pair of midrise black Ugg boots (the same price as in the real Ugg store in South Wharf DFO), 2 weeks after wearing the boots I noticed they left my feet completely black from the dye running onto my skin, even with wearing socks. They also stained the bottom of my trousers which are now also ruined, washed them 3 times and the dye still hasn't come out...

I took them back in to complain about my problem. The sales assistant assured me that the dye would stop running and would not stain my skin and if it kept happening to bring them back in, in 2 weeks. Today (2 weeks later) the staining to my skin and clothes has not changed at all, all the dye is still running and it doesn't just wash off in the shower, I have to scrub my feet with a pumice stone to get it off. I told the sales assistant this and she spoke to the manager and they said theres nothing they can do, I am just unlucky.. They even said it doesn't happen with all the boots. I asked why they couldn't change mine after asking me to come in 2 weeks later and they told me they couldn't do anything because I had worn them too much. When I said, but they were fine two weeks ago when I bought them back originally they still said there was nothing they could do.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service from this store, the quality of the products is just not worth the price their charging. If you want some quality boots with discount just head to the DFO, better quality, price and service...
