After the 4th time taking my vehicle back for a simple scrape on the front bumper I have given up. The times I have taken it back the attitude of everyone that works here was absolutely disgusting. They scratched another section of my car and then claimed it wasnt them. They broke a part then just reattached it to my car in the hope that I wouldnt notice. Just a terrible experience for such a simple repair. Not to mention the month that they had the car for. The quality of workmanship here is non existent do yourself a favour and take your car somewhere else. Having taken it back 4 times its still not fixed I have simply given up as i dont have time to constantly be chasing them up on something they are supposed to specialise in. What a disaster!! It only got one star cause it wouldnt let me put none!! Never have I encountered such condescending people to deal with. Instead of dealing with the fact they did a below average quality of job they just chose to argue with me and make me feel as if i was being ridiculous asking them to fix the numerous runs they left in the new paintwork. One of the sections they told me "it was in an awkward spot" - not my problem, if you cant fix it maybe you should have replaced it. Definitely wont be back. Disgusting!!
