I got a quote for a barrel changed out and was told it would be $70.00. Upon my return I was informed that it was $83.00 as it was a six pin barrel and not a five pin, even though they had it in their hand upon the time of quoting. Some time had passed when I locked the same door from the other-side that I usually lock it from and upon my return the door would not unlock. I eventually found time to remove the lock and was charged again for resetting the pin!

I couldn't get away with that in my job i.e. doing the same job twice as it wasn't done properly in the first place and charging the customer again.

I have used these guys several times in the past however, it may be time to move on I think. The fish rots from the head as they say.

This locksmith's director is rude, poor service; If it can be given negative star, I will not give 1 star.
