EMS Express

We used EMS express to pick us up from the airport after our flight home and our plane was delayed- completely out of our control! We landed only 20mins after our due time at 6.50am. We had to catch the train home instead! We were told to expect a refund but after a week of the company not replying to any emails, answering calls or text messages I have been offered no reimbursement for the services we did not receive and had already paid for.

I would have been happy with a half refund! I would not use this service again as their terms and conditions don't make any allowance for what happens in the real world! Completely unfair for circumstances we cannot control.
