I must say my experience dealing with Excel has been quite the opposite to Martin's. I've been there a number of times over a the last six months to purchase wire fence materials (for espaliering fruit trees) as well as feed and pine shavings for our hens. The staff have always been helpful and courteous. It's also great to be able to get advice from someone with experience rather than a 16 yr old at Bunnings.

My experience with this company has been mixed. However this mornings episode was the final straw. I was chasing some specific gate hingesand was basically treated as if i was lacking common sense then told I should go to Bunnings. Research has shown the parts I need can be purchased from this store. In short, poor customer service, poor technical service and patronising atitude.
