First Class Motorcycles

So today i witnessed a very bad situation unfold at first class motorcycles, i was there to assist with the purchase of a second hand motorbike and as the buyer approached the mechanic department he was met with a aggressive verbal confrontation wich escalated very quickly and the mechanic thretend the customer with a metal pole while ordering him to leave the store. I have never seen such poor handling of a situation unfold and no management step in to resolve the matter. Very poor customer service.

Went to buy a second hand motorcycle Daniel McKinnon and his work colleague threatened to beat me over the head with a metal poll absolutely disgusting behaviour definitely wouldn't call it first class customer service they should change their name to first world motorcycles the First very disappointed to have this happen in my home town where our shop all the time and not one of the managers stood in or said anything they just stood there watching like nothing is happening like it's a normal day if this is a normal day to you guys it's totally disgusting Behavior don't shop here if you want to feel safe well you're buying a motorcycle or parts
