Contacted Paul of Total Automotive Service regarding a secondhand car I was looking at buying, that he had previously serviced. I was very impressed by his willingness to help search his records to provide information. Due to the car having new number plates the records didn't show up but he invited me to ring back when I acquired more information regarding the previous registration number or owner. When I found a record of the previous personalized number plate I rang again and he was again very accommodating. That is what I call excellent customer service. If I lived in the area and not 4 hrs away, I would certainly want him looking after my car
