I purchased a new Nissan Xtrail from Ringwood Nissan in September 2015. In early February 2016 I contacted their service department in Croydon and advised them the Nissan GPS system was missing a major highway bypass near Geelong, Victoria which had opened in 2010. I requested they fix the problem. The service consultant said they would call me back and did not. A few days later I visited the service centre and was surprised to hear that I had to talk to the sales people as the service area could not do anything for me. The led me to contact Ringwood Nissan four times and each time be promised to be called back. At this time they have never called me back to discuss the issue. I have spoken to them, written to them, chatted online to them with no response. I ended up writing to Nissan Australia and they wrote back in two hours and called me in four. I eventually called Blackburn Nissan and they immediately booked the car in to look at the problem.

I am very disappointed with the Yarra Valley Motor Group for their lack of customer service and courtesy. Especially as I had my previous Xtrail serviced there for three years.
