You appear to have no Toro parts whatsoever despite the big sign you are a “Toro Dealer”. A $34 part started with an ETA of 2 weeks, ETA then became 4-6 weeks, ATA 4 months. Every time, we had to contact you. No courtesy shown to at least call us. Half an hour after I received it back, the drive belt broke. I phoned to request a new belt. “Mick” said he would have a look and call me back. No phone call.

Travelled from the Blue Mountains to buy Stihl mower - even though there is a local Stihl agent. They carry all the stock so very easy to check and confirm what to buy. Extraordinarily helpful and knowledgable owner who took the time to help make the right decision. Don't go anywhere else - best store I've been to!!!!
