Crest Alarms

I honestly do not know who the other reviewer on here is talking about as it could not be the same Crest Alarms as I have delt with and had the best customer service imaginable. I am not one to write reviews but I found the earlier review so inaccurate and contradictory to my amazing experience with Crest Alarms that I created an account just so I could share my pleasant experience.

I only came across this review as I was looking for their postal address to send a Christmas card (something I have never done for any trade or service persons/team before but Eddie from Crest Alarms honestly went above and beyond for us).

In short. We had a horrific experience with another alarm company who caused such anxiety I don't even feel they deserve negative publicity from any mention here. Eddie from Crest Alarms came to our rescue. I too was pregnant during this ordeal and my son was born prematurely. Eddie not only bent over backwards to fix an issue he wasn't to blame for he did everything to fit in and help (even entertaining our toddler). To add to this he was the most polite, respectful, kind and dedicated individual I have ever met with a true passion and care for his work. He did not stop till the problem was fixed and even got the manufacturer out to help. The investment he put in to help was certainly more than what he charged and we will definitely be using him when ever we can. We spruke his services where ever we go as he was outstanding on all fronts to the point I honestly feel the prior review had their companies mixed up.

Eddie if you read this, I am more than happy to provide a formal testimony and reference as you honestly blew myself, my husband and my children away. Thank you again. Christmas card with our contacts is on its way unless you can draw the connection prior.
