I attended the Vodafone store in Liverpool Westfields today. I dealt with the staff member George. He was very reliable, patience and his customer service was 10/10.

Was initially scared off by the word 'partners' and how small the shop is. My negative initial impression with the guy who seems to be the boss doesn't help at all. However when I came back, I got served by Adam. Please ask to see him, if he is not working on the day, wait until he is. He is so exceptional, the gave me the best customer service on Earth, that is no exaggeration. Extremely skilful, professional and will give you the best plan with discount for you in an instant. I got a Samsung Z flip and IPhone 12 both contracted on Black Friday 2020 and he did it in an instant, do all the tricks in the book to save every penny. 5 stars are not enough for him omg! Love that Adam guy! MAKE SURE HE SERVES YOU AND NO ONE ELSE AND YOU WILL ALL KNOW WHAT I MEAN! good luck!!!

A clear definition of customer service is required for this shop at level 2, Westfields Liverpool. Unhelpful, rude and really these staff members have no intention of helping. They would rather palm the work to Apple, if you have an IPhone so they don’t need to give you a replacement phone, fill in a form and do any work. Very disappointed with they service.
