Everyone reccomends Lorn Roofing. I am sure they do nice work. Their cudtomer service is poor however. Peter promised me in October that he would come and quote our roof. We live in the same street as his business. I reminded him in December and it was clear he had forgotten our job. He promised again to come and quote. Last week some 2 1/2 months from first contacting him he told us he was now booked solid to March and to try someone else. He wondered why I was angry and intimated I was a difficult person... i thought I was very patient.
That is no way to do business. If he didnt want the job he should have said so. I hadnt called anyone else as I really wanted him to do the job.
It is actually the second time he has done this to me. He never turned up to quote the job on my last house either....
Just save yourself the stress and call someone else

Spoke to him about fixing a roof leak and secondly providing a quote to replace extensive guttering. He said he would get to it in a couple of days. After informing my tenant I received a call from her 10 days later to say no one had turned up. I phoned him and all he said was that he was too busy. How about a phone call mate!
This guy needs to get off his behind and at least say when he does not want to work rather than wasting my time waiting for him to get out of bed. GET SOMEONE ELSE.
