Worst hairdresser I've ever been to! DO NOT GO HERE it might be cheap but thats compromises the quality of the job dramatically. Just got hair extensions put into my medium length blunt cut. Instead of the lady telling me that my natural hair wont blend well with the extensions she said she would blend it through a style cut at the end. I was unsure of the finished result as I could see she only cut my natural hair and not the extensions to blend it together. She finished by curling it all together and not even bothering to show me the back with a mirror obviouosly not caring about the result. This lady was very calculating and pretended to care when in reality only cared about getting paid as she continued to guilt me into buy more hair products to look after the hair extensions. Honestly this place is disgusting and obviously only hires amateurs with no skills! Definietly will never go back there

Worst place ever especially their time management as they put more attention on their friends or people the staff knew than the paying customers therefore leads awful long waiting time! I was only there with my boyfriend, just a short trim and it has been already 2hrs so not worth it at all! TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO! Low price = 2.5 to 5hrs of your time? No. Dont go and plus terrible haircuts as well.

First time at this Salon, I asked the girl to touch up my grey roots, trim and a blow dry. She asked if I would like highlights and I said no as my hair is dyed black and I don't think any highlights would blend with my colour. She insisted that a very dark brown would. After much persuasion, I decided to trust her experience. After she rinsed the colour out, I was shocked to see the highlights were a bright copper colour. I said to her that I'm not very happy as the colour isn't dark brown as agreed. She said it is and carried on. I felt really uncomfortable after she dismissed my concerns. I paid the full amount and after leaving the Salon, I decided to visit my mother to see what she thought of the highlights. She said the colour was a bright copper almost orange and it didn't look nice. I decided to call the manager of the Salon and ask her nicely if they could colour my hair for free to get rid of the highlights as they are not what I agreed too. She wasn't apologetic but agreed to fix it for me the next day. I was very pleasant with them all, although it felt like they didn't want me there. To play it safe, I asked for the highlights to be coloured black. After the colour was rinsed out, the manager signalled to the girl who washed my hair to come over to her. I saw the manager whisper something to her then sent her back to me. By this point I felt very uncomfortable by the looks they were giving me. After I stood up, I was directed towards the counter. I stopped and asked the girl if she could please dry my hair. As I had paid for a blow dry the day before, I expected she would kindly blow dry my hair. She sat me down, dried my hair off for a minute and said it's all done. I decided to make do and leave as quickly as possible. The manager didn't ask me if I was happy after everything, she just shot me a look and said bye. As a manager, she should ensure that all customers are happy. Disgusting behaviour. Very unprofessional!

I took my three girls to Blondes & Brunettes Macarthur Square to get semi-permanent colour (which they have waited on all year). Only for it to wash out in first wash. Paid $120 for 4 days of fading colour. Refused to give me a refund instead offering to charge me $15 per child to have it redone although they advised the same thing will happen. Currently going through fair trading to get my refund that I deserve.

STAY AWAY WORST HAIRDRESSER EVER!!!!If i could rate this a minus i would. Went in for hair extensions and ended up with a rash all over my scalp. Paid $300 and the owner refused to give a refund, but instead offered to weave the existing extensions back into my damaged hair and sore scalp!!! Most unprofessional bunch of amateurs i have come across. They couldn't give a toss about their customers, just as long as they collect the money. Absolutely 0 customer service. I wouldnt even send my dog to get groomed there!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Not worth the money you think your saving because to be honest you are only going to have to pay more to get your hair fixed in the end.

I had such a bad experience. I was there for 3 whole hours to get a colour cut and blow dry. 3 whole hours ! The hairdresser tried selling me a Brazilian testament for the first 40mins of her attention. Then was kept waiting in the sink for 30mins to get my hair rinsed from treatment. She cut my fringe uneven and had to tell her fix it 3 times before it was finally even. The blow dry was a disaster. She didn't dry my hair well and made me look like a fuzzball. Full of baby hair and I looked disgusting. She even stopped twice in the middle of the blowdry. Will not be going away. Regret not walking out when I had the chance. Lost a whole 3 hrs for an hour and a half job

I have just left blondes and brunettesat MacArthur square. What an ordeal! I was there for over 3.5 hours and did not receive the cut or blow dry that I paid for. My blonde was over processed to the point of being grey owing to being kept waiting. This was eventually rectified after an argument over not receiving what I've asked and PAID for. I understand that this is a cut price salon that runs on turnover. I understand that it is Saturday and you are busy. However staff can be only stretched so far before service and quality drop to a standard that is unacceptable- even for their low price. This business needs to seriously reevaluate their approach before it ceases to be. I will not return.
