Absolutely disgusted!!!! Me and my partner bought a couch from the macgreggor store in Queensland for $2200, when purchasing our "top of the range couch" we were assured that it was made of the highest quality products and we had made a great choice, 3 months later I went to lay down on the couch when I heard two break/snapping sounds from inside the couch thinking this was strange as I only weigh 55 kilos I rang up to organise a technician to come out and inspect it for repairs the rep in the service department of the macgreggor store asked me if I had broke it having a bit of fun emplying I broke it whilst having sex on it, since raising my concerns with the management we had a technician come out who opened the couch to find it was made entirely of thin pine railings that were riddled with knots in the wood. They have offered me a refund of the couch but have stated because I didn't record the conversation I have no proof that this was said and they would be taking no further action. What a pathetic response from a supposedly major name brand in Australia. Don't expect any type of service and don't expect to get value for money. If you are reading this please share with your friends so knowbody else has to be subject to this shocking and rude behaviour. Shame on you nick scali
