      Disappointing

      Absolutely dreadful experience. After waiting over 3 months with no response, I decided to cancel the service. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was told I needed a translator due to a supposed language barrier, which I found deeply insulting and rude. Adding to the stress, they refused to issue a refund. Overall, it was incredibly unprofessional, stressful, and disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
