I am extremely disappointed with the awful service we received during our recent visit to the clinic for an appointment with Dr. Reeshma Pattan for my 2-month-old and 3.5-year-old children.
We checked in just five minutes late, and the receptionist asked me to take a seat and complete the necessary new patient information. After submitting the forms, I enquired how long it would take for the doctor to see us. She simply asked me to take a seat again without offering any update and left us waiting in the reception area for 50 minutes.
Fifty minutes later, upon another enquiry, we were finally informed by the receptionist that the doctor had already left—something that should have been conveyed to us much earlier. We found it highly unprofessional that no effort was made to notify us ,especially considering we had two young children with us.
To make matters worse, the receptionist offered an appointment with another doctor but mentioned that we would be seen last and would have to wait even longer. Her dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy only added to our frustration
I strongly urge the clinic management to review the conduct and professionalism of front desk staff. Professionalism at reception is vital, as it directly affects patient experience and the reputation of the clinic.
