I made an enquiry to place an order for a hot dog cart. Business took 2 days to respond to their own website enquiry. When they finally did respond I was given a weak story about how their site was undergoing installation.

I gave them the benefit of my doubt and asked for specifics of the cart that they suggested would suit my needs along with the terms of the sale. They responded with pictures of the cart that could be found on their website and that's all. I persisted further explaining that I wanted to know all the dimensions, the layout, what accessories were included, I also wanted a recent customers business number so they could act as a reference for this company.

The gentleman who responded to me via an email from his phone bluntly said "buy elsewhere" must be doing exceptionally well to turn away a 10k plus customer.

As a successful small business owner for over 10 years I strongly advise all that read this review to carefully consider dealing with carts Australia. I don't think it's a reputable business, their customer service proves that.
