I enquired online for a bathroom reno quote as it requires urgent attention due to water damage. No response so I rang (16th June). Came out to do quote but didnt measure anything. Was told to make our selection choices before he would do final quote. We did this the very next day. After multiple messages and calls eventually we got the quote (30th June). We were happy to go ahead and he had to made another visit to measure up. From here he had to speak to his plumber who was meant to make contact with us. Never heard from him and he knew this. We were also told we had to go buy our tiles, vanity and tapware as he had used all his credit with a retailer so we did. We waited weeks for pricing on a toilet and shower which never happened. After more calls and messages we got an SMS from his wife saying he was in hospital and out on the Friday and he will make contact, this was the 1st August and it is now 20th August and we are completly being ignored. We are now left with all the materials we had to purchase and no job boooked in with anyone. We have had to get other quotes from other tradies which have come in over double his quote. We personally think he realised he has under quoted and cant do the job but not to make contact with us is very very poor. We did everything he asked to be able to get the job happenning and we are now left to demolish it ourselves to try and cut the cost down to get done by someone else.
