Simply good job, great service and value for money!! I dont trust anyone to get on my roof without me checking afterwards. So i jumped up after the job was done to find that everything was done that id been charged for and yes No broken tiles!! Very happy. Not everyone has the ability to check for themselves what the contractors have done on thier roof so youve got to go with a company you can trust. Mike Palmer

Quite frankly I can't stand the whole process of finding someone you feel you can trust with out concerns of price gouging or service issues - So I hope you find this helpful. We got quotes from several companies when my Grandmother needed to update the air-conditioning in her house. We went with ACR Service & Installations because they seemed the most knowledgeable, honest and could give us several options to consider. Some companies were advising her to spend a lot more on bigger units than she actually needed (or could really afford). The owner who came out evaluated the situation and quoted for grans specific needs. He was a really nice guy who explained everything in easy to understand terms and his suggestion was both affordable and highly effective. The service was really top notch and she has been so happy. We called a year on when we were concerned about a small noise one of the units started making, and they came out quickly despite being swamped with work (being January). Oh the noise (a small leaf or twig was suspected) had stopped -typical- but the guys did a thorough check anyway, and didn't charge a thing. I know no problem was found but it still cost them time and petrol. Like I said Top notch service. I was so impressed I wanted to see if I could find some where to write a review, because I think that quality of service is rare and should be congratulated. I'd recommend them to anyone, and when we eventually find ourselves needing new air-conditioning - I know who'll we'll be calling. :)
