I just called up for a very simple request and a ladies tone of the phone was not polite at all. Clearly they don’t value customers - I wasn’t left with a positive feeling. Just leaving this review is feedback and something for management to think about. I think the brand is good but the customer service needs a lot of work

I purchased a chew toy for my dog that was marketed as “guaranteed tough” but lasted less than 1 week. Don’t be fooled by the “30-DAY 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE”. If you are not ‘satisfied’ because a product fails to perform as promised, which you will only find out after you/your pet uses it and it cannot be returned in the same condition that you received it, then you will only be offered a replacement. Not a refund. What is the point of getting a replacement that is not going to perform any better! And let’s not forget that they will expect you to pay for postage to return it, and include a reply paid pack so that they can send the replacement to you.

Friendly staff who helped me with a new stray kitten I took in, which was great because I don't know anything about looking after cats. She sold me the incorrect flea drops and was happy to swap and apologised for the mistake. A shop full of cute stuff for your little fluffy friend(s). :)
