her dept involved in covering the incident that has ruined his life up.

There is clear evidence off conduct , which does not sit

with the Codes of Ethics expected off Ministers, theres also evidence off Serious Ongoing Systemic Misconduct Corruption and failures off Dept heads following

mandatory rules.

This young brother has a family and hes been left to rot , while his case has been covered up, by the Minister, her staff , her dept ezecutives as well as the CEO

We some elders have only just been made aware.off his full case,

not only was he neerly killed, he then begged like a pauper on the street for help from the Minister and her dept who have behaved in a manner were personally i beleive they all need too be removed going on the emaiils ive seen , the wrongdoing im aware off , the 23 months off a cover upp with proof that high up Govermentv Staffers new of Serious Misconduct and Corruption and failed tonact , for 23 momths , so some Ministers Cheifs off staff , CEO + AAn executive team going on correspondence were aware off things , they did nothing about , they also , bevause off there actions , one off our community was neerly killed, they then failed

in Mandatory duties they must perform, not if they feel like it, there are several very blatant mistakes by High up high paid Public Servants.

Not only was it becausecoff your failures that he was neerly killed.

He then begged for your jelp while he is now severly injured physically and mentally and even after you failed him, you then chose to cover things up and fail him again.

I have a law background and call this person my nephew, now ivve looked through his documents im disgusted , too you obviously he was it seemed hated, but in our community he was a Rio Tinto worker but also a mentor who worked and was passionate in helping our youngsters break the cycle !!!!



Im in shock at what im now aware off, I will be in contact with his lawyer this week , and with the knowledge I have , i can cleerly see A Ministerr and pretty much her whole Ezecutive Team who have attempted too cover up a very serious matter, thatvthey were all aware off , aswell as being aware off Severe Misconduct and doing nothing about it , whilst he has told me no police report has been lodged till this day, he explained the Police treated him well but were scathing off the PTA and there inactions

Covering a matter up as serious as this for 23 months by a Minister and her Senior Ezecutives off her dept , do you thinl with all the Serious Misconduct and failure too make mandatory reports its a good look ??

Then he begs for your help which he wouldnt have needed had your staff followed there own rules and you fail him again, what neerly being bashed too death losing a job he loved, losing his income being seriously injured physically and mentally , you dont think hes been through enough ???

I get a flash back of Mrs DHU in the Port Hedland lock up , i hope your all proud off your disgusting treetment and 23 month cover up off some very bad behavipur , personally id have no worries at all calling what you have done as corruption , because you have not fulfilled Mamdatory Reports and going through the mountain off emails , it was bought to the Ministers attention and s shes failed too act on Serious Misconduct.



I will be helping him from here on in, he instructs me his lawyer has told him too limit contact atm, so until i find out more , then as he struggles with his injuries , He is so upset he has no teeth bcause half were smashed out with a big chunk off his lip, the phpto which is dated is very graffic.
