Placed a pickup order just before leaving work. Got a confirmation to pick while on my way home. Thought, cool might just make it before closing. Got there 3 minutes before closing and was disappointed to find I was locked out. I get staff wanting to get home. I get I was cutting it really close. Maybe have the hours say what time the doors actually shut. I wouldn’t have wasted going out of my way for a pickup if I’d known.

Purchased an all-in-one computer and it stopped working couple months after owning it. Had to take it back twice second time they said there was nothing they could do. Had to purchase another computer. Sold me the Device Security and misplaced the reciept, which had the passcode to active. Call after being kept on hold and transferred 3 times before being able to speak to someone, I was told that it was my responsibility, and they couldn't help so they got to keep $100 of my money.

Bought 2 reverse cycle aircons on 29/11/2021 (Sales order S0740600401 & S0740600400)with arrangement to wait for their installation that was scheduled for 13/01/2022. Paid the goods (and installation). Advice was to call in after New Year to collect goods (did not have them in store at the time of purchase). On 05/01/2022 went to the store to collect goods. They had only one item (the second was meantime sold to somebody else). The worst thing was - they did not book installation for 13/01/2022. When I objected and stated that the purchase was conditioned with the installation on 13/1/2022 they asked me if I would accept if installation is on 17/01/2022. I accepted, collected one item from Malaga store and went to Joondalup to collect the other item myself. Waited until 17/01/2022, took the day off work for that purpose) and prepared rooms for installation - but the installer did not come over. At 10:30AM called installer who advised me that he received job order on 05/01/2022 and on 06/01/2022 by email declined that order because he does not work on 17/01/2022 and is booked all up to mid February 2022. Malaga store did not contact me to advise that. Called Malaga store and asked to speak to manager but another officer ("Brett") insisted to speak to me instead. Upon hearing me he offered installation on 09/02/2022 which I declined, put goods in the car and returned to the store. They could not care less. I have never in my life faced such awful and disappointing customer service. Will never again transact with this franchise.
