Great reception and great doctorsVery prompt refferal to nambour hospital for hip joint pain and very understanding doctors.

Am looking for an appropriate treating doctor and willing to try other people's approach to healthcare and really quite determined to get a good response from a medical treatment- balancing lifestyle and co-dependence.

most Dr in this office (i have tried a few) don't listen very well, they rarely follow up on their notes (they don't really take notes at all). I had to remind them what was the purpose of my visit every time, they couldn't find my file or open it even tho I have been going there for the last 8 months. They took almost 8 months to give me a referral, but they addressed it to the wrong practitioner, they said this would be fixed the same day, it's been a week now and they can't even call me to explain why they are so slack... Basicly if you decide to use this clinic, prepare yourself to self examine yourself and do not hope any cooperation from the dr. They are great at prescribing all kinds of pills like morphine, valiums, etc, without analysing the real problem. But if you show up slightly drowsy to an appointment they will judge you as a druggy and tell you you have an addiction problem (even tho I never took the morphine and only used about 10 diazepam 5mg in the last 8 months, don't drink and smoke). I told them about my back accident 20 years ago (and have seen some great dr in the past who worked with me and showed results) but they prefer to think that it is all in my head and try to push me drugs to make me dizzy or ask me to go for a colonoscopy when my pain is situated somewhere completely different. total lack of professionalism. Like I said I have visited 4 of them, nothing so far has been investigated even tho they have reports from MRI and previous dr documentation that I brought them to look at (was discarded immediately) that clearly shows an issue. I have been coughing and defecating blood, my ribs are portruating and my spinal cord is affected by damaged disk, have problem breathing and no one will take me seriously (or they simply think about their pay cheques). Enjoy if you want to be treated like a meat bag.
