Terrible customer service and feedback management.
I was on time for my appointment, then to realise the hairdresser, Vicky, was too busy socialising to notice I had arrived.
I was made to feel the least of her worries/priorities throughout the entire appointment, as she was constantly being distracted by other conversations, and was first to respond when other clients were asking the staff questions. Never once did she ask whether the water was too hot, or apologising for splashing shampoo over my eyes. But the lack of interaction, or attention to detail (I did not feel that my concerns and requests were truly met) was appalling.
To top it all off, when I proceeded to give some honest feedback in a most calm, civil manner, all I got was her then looking at another staff with a "What was that" face, and abruptly saying "Well thank you for your honest feedback". No apologies, no acknowledgement of my experience as a customer, nothing. A simple "I'm sorry for your experience, is there anything you would like me to help with the situation?" would have sufficed, but Vicky has well and truly burnt the bridges by responding to positive feedback/criticism in such an appalling way.
To pay almost $60 dollars for a haircut, just to have that experience is pretty bang f**king average if you ask me. I'll never go back there again.
