Seating was crowded. We had a very small table for 6 people. It was a Saturday night.

(1) Soup didn't arrive for 1 person. Then they brought the wrong one.
(2) Main course didn't arrive for 1 person and then they brought out a pizza rather than a pasta.
(3) Main course items for a few of us were just lukewarm while 1 person had food which had to be reheated.
Owners (who took the money only) just stood by the front door and didn't intervene or manage the place at all.

A good restaurant would not make so many mistakes on the one night.
A good restaurant should offer either a discount or a complimentary dish/drink if an error is made.

Very disappointing.
