I only have great things to say about Sugar Blonde. I have been going to this salon on a regular basis for over two years and always find the staff very professional, friendly and helpful. I am very impressed by the fastidiousness to cleanliness and the care taken with my manicures and pedicures.

Dreadful. Never going back. Worst pedicure ever. Rude service careless attitude. I was really disgusted at the customer service or lack of and the place was filthy. Go to one of the other nail places around.

Absolutely terrible service. I went to get a manicure last Friday and the care I was given was nothing short of horrible.
1. The young staff member was very rough on my hands to the point that taking off the shellac hurt my nails and the filing was sore on the side of my fingers.
2. The shape of my nail was far from what I had asked. I instructed that I would like a straight, square nail but was given a very uneven nail which was on a slant. I asked her to fix four nails and she did so but consequently, they were shorter than what I wanted.
3. When painting my nails, she was careless. Two of my nails had smudged before I had left the shop. I told her and she rolled her eyes before taking me back to the chair and painting OVER it... You can see where the holes in the nails were.

Not much care. Not impressed at all.

I was so excited i was going to get a pedicure! I have been there before it was good! NOT THIS TIME! A total of 17 minutes it took for a full pedicure with shellac. The young girl who was looking after me was smiling THROUGH her teeth! No conversation no response to my desperate attempt to engage her! No pumice of the feet which is precisely what I was looking forward to having spent a gruelling day in the garden! Nails filed very higgly piggly! roughened uneven! The Nail polish I had hoped would look fabulous did not go to the edge of my nails and the under nail of my toe nails was still left very rough! I queried it! she told me its fine, its good! Though I had mentioned the abrupt roughness of the minimal attention I had received to the manager, she smiled and said yes she's quick, quick is good! WELL NO ITS NOT! At $45 and a very uncomfortable 17 minutes later I regret to say I will never return there again! Very disappointed! very costly! Very unprofessional!!!!
