Never been treated so poorly by a company in my entire life. Absolutely disgusting how they get away with totally ignoring extremely serious health issues caused by lack of maintaining their properties that clients live in. Would advise anyone to stay away until they can hire people that care and reply to emails too. Out of 4-5 people spoken too, none of them cared. Also tried to screw me out of more $$$ upon vacating by adding random things to bond disposal form, none of which I was notified about beforehand to rectify.
