Peel Subaru

We purchased a vehicle from Troy at Peel WA Auto Centre. They falsely advertised that there was documented full logbook servicing and that it is still under new car warranty. We were treated very rudely, belittled and dismissed by Troy and Graeme. We are taking the matter to ACCC as they refused to take the vehicle back with a full refund. Do not recommend this business at all. Peter, the dealer principals response was "see you in court in 6 months" and slammed the phone down. They have a total disregard for Consumer Protection laws and puts their profits first and customers last.
