I was travelling to meet an old friend who lives in Manly and needed a cool drink and to use the loo.

On 29th April at 9:15 I asked for the key to use the toilets.

The tall staff guy with glasses said no please,I've just cleaned the toilets the floor is wet, no not tonight. I asked again for the toliet key, and he said no not tonight it closed.

I put the drink back and drove to Ampol down the road, the guy there had no issues he said please use the toilet, they are for the public. I will never use that PB on Pines Street in Manly "ever" again - You've lost a life service!

How rude and obnoxious to speak to a member of the public like that and on refusing not even offering the drink for free.
