I dropped the car to get assessed mid December 2016, all panels damaged marked that needed repairing, all good so far. Dropped the car back to get repair mid January 2017, 14 days repair time, however after 14 days, they forgot to order the boot spoiler, but want me to pick up the car, pay the excess, and don't call us, we'll call you when the part arrives in about a month. No way to do business. I'm stuck hiring a car :(

Their staff are extremely rude.
When i asked them to stop being snappy, i was acused of swearing.

Well I might have a slightly unusual problem with them. They did fix my car. Took them a while but they got it done. My problem with them, they cleaned out the loose change dish (about $20) in my car while they were doing that. I can't prove it but there was lots of money in there when I dropped the car off and it was all done when I picked it up.

If you want excuses rather than results this is probably the repairer for you.
Took my car back 3 times and they didn't fix the problem.
I would give zero stars if that was an option.

MSR Collision Centre - Underwood have to be the most abysmal service providers in Queensland. I was initially told that my car would take 2 weeks to repair after hail damage and it would be done after Christmas 2014. Then got told it would be booked in on the 26 June for 12 WEEKS, people I know are having these repaired for the same damage in 2 weeks. Absolutely crazy, when we called and enquired they gave no valid reason as to why it would take so long apart from the usual backlog excuse. You got a backlog don't take the business.They then offered the option of moving the booking to November, a year after the actual storm and would still take 12 weeks.
We decided to just bite the bullet and leave it as is for the June booking, so I phoned two weeks ago to CONFIRM the appointment "all is good see you then Mr Donnachie". I phone today, and the poor ladies who are probably just copping it due to bad management tell me that my booking is no longer in the system and that I had cancelled it. I should just call RACQ as I need to sort it out again I was told.
Absolutely ridiculous!! If you have a choice take your business elsewhere. If you don't, I would advise you cancel and arrange with your insurers for another business to sort your car out. Good luck MSR - you really are going to need it.

Underwood branch of MSR - poor service, no communication, a multitude of excuses regarding the length of repair. I do not recommend this business!
