I made a big mistake by using this store. Its location is far from Mt Buller resort, it closes too early, some of the male staff are extremely rude. Furthermore, they will charge you an extra day if you return the gears after 11 am in the morning! Finally, they will not let you use their public toilet for various reasons! I do not recommend this place!
