They organised my LG OLED TV to be replaced under warranty even though it was out of warranty. They didn't have to do that but it saved me $3000. Absolutely stoked! They even replaced the power board in the TV for a recall i was not aware of. Above and beyond! Outstanding.

Customer service is very unprofessional,it took all day and no one called me, eventually l had to ring them. Just to find out the part they go didn't work. It take 3 mins to call a customer!
