The Cheesecake Shop

Used their online shopping from their website, was a birthday cake, paid for in full. Shop was closed when i went to pick it up for the birthday dinner, five minutes earlier than advertised, i had even called them about an hour before because i was concerned that i would be late.
Birthday ruined. Not happy, have tried to contact them to discuss issue but have had no response from store managers.
