I spent almost $900 on my first appointment with Veronika. During the consult, my daughter and I told her multiple times that we are strictly VEGETARIAN, yet she kept trying to convince us to eat fish despite us firmly refusing. She then gave us many products to try, one of which we noticed tasted like fish when we took it the next day, so we researched it online and saw that it contained fish oil. We called Veronika and told her that she had sold us fish oil, despite us telling her that we are not comfortable taking fish oil. She initially refused to take the oil back, then reluctantly agreed to refund us.

Today we brought the oils back to her, and instead of giving us a refund, she tried to put the refund on as store credit and sell us another product. When I told her that I simply wanted my money back, she refused and begun to yell at me in front of another customer who was waiting in the room. I asked her not to yell and she kept saying she couldn't give me a refund. Finally, she said that she would give me my money back if I never came back. She literally said, "I never want to see you again", and refused to answer further questions I had about my blood test results. It is appalling to see a health professional who is supposed to do their best to help an unwell person, yell at and refuse a customer for a mistake that she made.
