Have been taking my sons here for many years. Always friendly, professional and great hair cuts. My sons had their first hair cuts with Baden years ago, and he was good with them when they were very little and is still great with them now. He has never not completed a hair cut, or done a substandard job, and is always polite and friendly, and skilled at his job. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of the Margate Train Barber at Margate and previously Kingston for over 20 years. Baden is a very friendly, helpful and most professional hairdresser who has been in the business over 40 years. I was in Qld for the last month and wanted a haircut but decided to wait for Baden because he knows exactly how I like my hair and produces the perfect result everytime. I cannot speak more highly of Baden so if you want a great haircut do yourself a favour and checkout the Margate Train Barber so you can see for yourself.

Worst experience of my life. He quoted a 30 minute haircut to be only 10 minutes. When I told him my normal hairdresser couldn't do it because of time he said he could because he was quick. Half way through the haircut he told me it was taking too long and to leave. He asked me not to pay. I was really shaken up from being spoken to rudely and asked to leave. I asked him what had upset him? If he was rushed for time I could come later to finish? He refused to resolve it. I left confused and upset. I went back and paid $20 for a 2 years old's haircut. When all I really received was my 2 year old and I having an unpleasant morning. I spoke to the train owner John he was a pleasure to talk to. All the other business at the train are great. I wouldn't recommend visiting the barber there.
