Fantastic services

I recently purchased few things from Marion and Kahlia was the sales representative who assisted us. She provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to give us a great deal. Kahlia knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free. Terrible after sales and warranty service

Usually i shop at a different branch. Ive been to marion on two occasions, first time looking at cameras. service was amazing. second time to buy a couch. We bought our couch, advised of all the amazing warranties etc. After 6 months the structural supports inside one of the base pieces had all gaven way. We moved this piece to the shed until we got round to our warranty claim. in the mean time our second section of the same piece is now starting to sag. Rang harvey norman, confirmed 5 year structural warranty, sent in pics, immediate response that it would not be covered as its 'clearly suffered some extreme force or excessive weight'. They didnt even question to see that we are a household of two mature adults under 85kgs. We had the option to still request an inspector to come out, only for them to confirm what they had already decided, which would then cost us a $100 inspection fee. So with no option from harvey norman we are left with an L shape recliner 20% reduced seating within in 6 months, another 20% in the progress of breaking. Thanks for the empty warranty promises and poor customer service. We wont be coming back to harveys for furniture and will stick to Noarlunga for appliances where we have never had any concerns.

Terrible service. Enquired about a computer monitor which was advertised on their website. The Salesman looked it up and said they had 30. He looked around briefly then rang the warehouse. Told me it might be in the Warehouse and that they would call back in a minute. I was left alone for 15 mins without any acknowledgment or update. It wasnt busy and the staff member left the area. In disgust i walked out! Went next door to Good Guys and was served immediately. The same monitor was cheaper and they had 6 on the shop floor. Was sorted in under 5 mins. Never going back to HN!!

Your selling a keyboard for $200. Your website has it advertised at $155. Officeworks has it at an everyday price for $128. After asking your staff member if he could honor your 'best price guarantee', he said he couldn't and his best offer was still above your own websites advertised price. Pathetic.

The shop was crowded, not enough sales staff & the check out lady in the electronics department was so rude, I could not believe it. I almost felt like I was an inconvenience to her!! What ever happened to customer service. I understand that it is Christmas Holiday shopping & everyone is in a hurry, but at least make my experience in your shop a positive one!
