We sought the services of this business over many many months and were highly disappointed throughout the experience.

Over several months we found the quality of nannies to be very low. Many lacked a high school education and demanded top dollar.

The only nanny we tried from this company was totally unacceptable. She seemed to have severe financial difficulties and we were worried about her mental health status. She would demand immediate payments the following day within certain time frames. We let her go after only 1-2 weeks and expressed our sincere concerns to the company who confirmed that they too had knowledge of these issues. A friend of ours saw this nanny with our son at daycare and noted that she seemed totally disinterested in caring for our boy. I have it in writing where the company later confirmed that they were aware that there were issues with this nanny, but we were never told in advance. But they still charged us a whopping $450 as their placement fee. And they refused to refund it after we tried to explain that the nanny was inappropriate and we should have had prior knowledge about the above concerns. We have taken the matter to fair trading also.

The company also has a low volume of candidates. Many of the profiles we found were circulating on the internet at other nanny sites. They are not an exclusive company.

When they do provide a profile of a nanny the CV is very brief and you need to almost beg for referees. They seem to be trying to limit information so that they secure the placement and get the very inflated placement fees. I would recommend nanny sites including find a babysitter which only charge $30, which is where we found our last nanny who was amazing.

The owner/director is also never contactable, her phone always going to voicemail. They also do not have a physical address but (apparently?) work from a home which raised concerns.
