Hi, I'm really disappointed with the way that I keep trying to contact this premises, when I ring, no answer at all. I've been waiting almost 4 weeks now for a script for injections, wondering where and when it will come. Never the less, my pain increases each day I'm without my injections.

If you don't want to answer the phones, 'PLEASE ADD AN EMAIL ADDRESS ' so we can at least ask a question about our problem, I wanted to give a 1/2 star

The reception staff are soooo rude.
They are doctors not God...
And remember people pay to see them.. so remember if wages are paid by the patients payments..who actually are customers and if your rude then they might take their money to another doctor who reception staff respects and doesnt speak down to people...honeatly they are doctors not queens or kings or gods..
P.s yes i have specialist doctors in my family...and yes they are just like anyone else..not special..
